FlipMyFormat provides free online file conversion tools. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, at no cost, without creating an account. You retain full ownership of every file you process — we claim no rights over your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FlipMyFormat to process illegal content, to violate anyone's intellectual property rights, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service in a harmful way. Automated bulk scraping of the site is not permitted.

No warranty

Our tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to make conversions accurate and reliable, we cannot guarantee that every file will convert perfectly, that the service will always be available, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

Always keep a backup of your original files. Do not rely on FlipMyFormat as the only copy of important work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipMyFormat is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
