What to include

Bug reports: which tool, which browser and device, what you expected, what actually happened.
Tool requests: the exact conversion you need (for example, HEIC to PNG) and what you use it for.
Feedback: anything confusing, slow, or that could work better.

Please do not email us your files. Our tools run in your browser and we neither want nor need copies of your documents.
